Many people were suffering from extreme poverty during the lock down periods in the Covid era. Mercy foundation supplies grocery and other food materials to those needy people. Food packets worth of Rs. 200 were distributed to the deserving families for a couple of times.

Cloths

Surviving winter is a hazardous task for many people in India as many of them are home less or live in tents. Mercy Foundation has supplied woolen cloths to these families living in slums, road sides and streets.

Mercy Film Festival

The first Mercy Film Festival was held in 2016 at Chandigarh on the theme Mercy. This was held at the time when Mother Teresa was beatified. She can very well be called the Queen of Mercy. We premiered 4 movies about mother Teresa.

We wish to organise more such cultural festivals in future.

Music

Music is elixir of life. Punjabi culture is very much intertwined with music and dance. Recently we have produced a series of Christian worship music. The video edition will be soon be released in youtube.
